Booking and payment

• The person making a booking must be at least 18 years old.
• A booking is confirmed only after payment is completed.
• The minimum session is 2 hours and the maximum is 8 hours.
• Bookings must be made at least 1 hour before the start time and open up to 60 days ahead.
• We do not accept cash; payments are completed online.

Cancellation and rescheduling

• You may cancel up to 1 hour before the booking starts.
• Rescheduling is subject to availability and the same notice period.
• Refund or studio-credit eligibility follows the cancellation terms accepted at checkout.
• Late arrival does not extend the session; the booking ends at the scheduled time.

Using the studio

• Only participants may enter; maximum capacity is 4 people.
• External recording equipment, production crews and sound engineers are not permitted.
• Do not alter camera, audio, lighting or recording-system settings. Microphone position and RGB light colour may be adjusted.
• Furniture may not be moved, and nothing may be attached to walls, acoustic panels or decorative surfaces.
• No food in the recording area. Drinks with secure lids must be kept away from equipment.
• Smoking and vaping are prohibited throughout the studio.
• Do not connect external storage devices to studio computers or recorders.

Additional charges

Your session and selected services are shown before payment. Additional charges may apply for damage, exceptional cleaning, late departure or rule violations; we will provide the calculation and supporting evidence.

Responsibility

• If a verified power or recording failure is not caused by the customer, we offer a full refund for the affected time or a free replacement booking.
• Customers are responsible for repair, replacement or insurance-excess costs resulting from their actions.
• Poddy is not responsible for personal belongings left in the studio.
• A session may be stopped without refund if studio rules are violated.

Files

Recordings are delivered within 24 hours and retained for 14 days. Files may be permanently deleted after that period; downloading a backup is your responsibility.
