A plain-language explanation of how we use information collected when you use the Poddy website and studios.
Your recordings belong to you
You retain all rights to the audio and video you create in a Poddy studio. We do not publish, share or use your recordings for marketing without permission. Access is limited to the delivery systems and, when needed, authorised technical-support staff.
Retention and deletion
Files are retained for up to 14 days after delivery. Download your own backup before that period ends; afterwards, files are deleted automatically and cannot be restored. You may request earlier deletion.
Website
We use only the technical data needed to operate the site. We do not use third-party advertising trackers. Fonts are served from our own infrastructure.
Security cameras
Entrances and shared areas may be monitored for safety. These cameras do not record audio and are not used to monitor the recording room. See the data-protection notice for details.
